Vitamin B6 also known as pyridoxine. Helps the production of haemoglobin, the substance in red blood cells that carries the oxygen around the body to deliver nutrients to the scalp and hair follicles, aiding in hair growth and importantly, helping grow healthy hair. You should be able to get all the vitamin B6 you need from a healthy balanced diet, it is found in lots of foods, some examples are; chicken, fish, nuts, soybeans, bananas and oats.
